📦 Return & Refund Policy – PinkBae

At PinkBae, we take great care in delivering beautiful, high-quality jewelry to you. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict return and refund policy. Please read carefully before making a purchase.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on jewelry once delivered.

  • All sales are final
  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, size issues, or personal preference
  • Products purchased during sales, offers, or discounts are non-refundable

❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Jewelry once delivered
  • Used, worn, or tampered products
  • Sale / discounted / promotional items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards or free gifts

🚫 Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Mandatory requirements for claims:

  • 🎥 Unboxing video (mandatory)
  • 🧾 Order ID
  • 📸 Clear photos/videos showing the issue

⚠️ Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund/store credit, as applicable. This will depend on stock availability and verification outcome.


💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after verification of the claim
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed or shipped
  • Cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing the order may be considered only if the order has not been processed
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded as store credit

📦 Important Notes

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted
  • Store credits (if issued) are valid for 3 months from the date of issue
  • PinkBae is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances
  • Discount codes used in original orders cannot be reused
