📦 Return & Refund Policy – PinkBae
At PinkBae, we take great care in delivering beautiful, high-quality jewelry to you. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict return and refund policy. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on jewelry once delivered.
- All sales are final
- No returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, size issues, or personal preference
- Products purchased during sales, offers, or discounts are non-refundable
❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
- Jewelry once delivered
- Used, worn, or tampered products
- Sale / discounted / promotional items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards or free gifts
🚫 Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Mandatory requirements for claims:
- 🎥 Unboxing video (mandatory)
- 🧾 Order ID
- 📸 Clear photos/videos showing the issue
⚠️ Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund/store credit, as applicable. This will depend on stock availability and verification outcome.
💸 Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after verification of the claim
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
❌ Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed or shipped
- Cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing the order may be considered only if the order has not been processed
- Approved cancellations will be refunded as store credit
📦 Important Notes
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted
- Store credits (if issued) are valid for 3 months from the date of issue
- PinkBae is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances
- Discount codes used in original orders cannot be reused
